2. Subscription and Payments

Our service is available through different subscription plans. When you choose a plan, you agree to pay the required fees in advance as shown on our pricing page. All payments are handled securely by trusted partners like Razorpay, and we do not store any of your sensitive financial details. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to keep the service running without interruption. If you do not want it to renew, you can cancel anytime through your bank account settings to stop future payments.

3. Service Delivery Policy

I’m Edu is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, and all services are provided online. Once your subscription payment is successfully completed, you immediately get access to all the features included in your selected plan. Since the product is completely digital, no physical items are shipped, and shipping-related policies or timelines do not apply.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your password, and use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to use the Service for academic dishonesty, such as cheating on exams or submitting AI-generated work as your own without proper citation.

5. Disclaimer and Academic Responsibility

The I'm Edu platform is an assistive educational tool designed to support and enhance the learning process. It is intended to be used as a study aid and is not a substitute for professional instruction, official course materials, or a student's own critical thinking and academic effort.

You, as the user, are solely and ultimately responsible for your academic work, learning outcomes, and adherence to your institution's academic integrity policies. I'm Edu disclaims all liability for grades, exam results, or any consequences of academic dishonesty. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for educational guidance only, without any warranties, express or implied, of academic success.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
