1. Cancellation Policy
As a user of I'm Edu, you are in full control of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your bank account settings page. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current paid billing period. This action will prevent any future charges, and your access to the paid features will continue until your current subscription term expires.
2. General Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to I'm Edu are non-refundable. As a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that provides immediate access upon payment and includes a free tier for evaluation, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial use of a subscription period, unused accounts or features, dissatisfaction with the service after purchase, or failure to cancel an auto-renewing subscription before the renewal date.
3. Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances
At our sole discretion, we may consider issuing a refund only under two specific circumstances. First, in cases of proven billing errors, where you can provide clear evidence that you were charged an incorrect amount or were double-charged for the same subscription period due to a verifiable technical issue in our billing system. Second, in situations involving a major, prolonged service failure, where the service was completely unavailable or a critical core feature was non-functional for an extended period (typically more than 48 consecutive hours) due to a fault on our end, preventing you from using the service as intended.
4. Mandatory Refund Request Process
To be considered for a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, you must follow the required process. You must contact our support team by emailing info@imassistant.in with valid proof of the issue—such as transaction IDs or screenshots—within 7 (seven) days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible. If our team reviews and approves your request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 9 to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, as actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
